"After our thirty year old monitor heater decided it had served us long enough my husband and I frantically looked for a replacement. I went to Toyotomi web site and looked for dealers in our area. After calling each local dealer listed to check on cost, installation and service calls we decided on Duncan Heating and Air. Although they had a three hour round trip they happily showed up and installed our new kerosene heater. The cost was amazing and their sense of humor was wonderful. They followed all Covid safety protocols because of our preexisting health issues. Thank you so much and we appreciate your help, we have heat. Wasn't looking forward to tonight's cold weather."
